PhotoTidy (the "App") is a local photo management tool. This Privacy Policy explains that we do NOT collect, store, upload, or share any personal information or photo data from users.
The App processes all photos and operations locally on your device only. We do not collect any personal data, location data, usage data, device information, or photos.
All photo deletion, sorting, grouping, and favoriting are performed locally. Your photos are never uploaded to any server. We do not access, transmit, or disclose your photos or personal data.
If you use iCloud sync, all synchronization is handled by Apple’s official iCloud service. We do not control or access your iCloud data.
The App includes premium subscriptions and lifetime memberships. All payment processing is handled exclusively by Apple via the App Store. We do not receive or store any payment information.
The App does not connect to any third-party services, APIs, or external URLs other than Apple’s official system services.
The App does not collect data from anyone, including children under 13.
We may update this policy occasionally. Changes are effective when posted on this page.
